keepslot is working to make its artist booking service accessible to as many people as possible. Our engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the relevant web requirements in EN 301 549.
Conformance status
Partially conformant. We are actively remediating the service and verifying public booking, account, dashboard, and payment-handoff journeys with automated and manual accessibility testing.

Tell us about a barrier, request information in another accessible format, or ask for help completing a booking.
The accessibility support address is being configured. Use the contact route before launch and do not publish this statement until that address is present.
How we test
We combine automated checks with keyboard, zoom, reduced-motion, and assistive-technology testing. Third-party pages, including payment and identity-provider handoffs, are reviewed as part of the complete service journey.
